The show halls
The show halls and their tickets
Fallsview Casino Resort has two show halls, OLG Stage and the Avalon Theatre. This page covers their seats, tickets and house rules, and the line-up itself is on the resort's own events calendar at fallsviewcasinoresort.com.

The two halls
OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino seats 5,000 people. It stands at the corner of Murray St. and Fallsview Blvd. Inside the resort, it is reached by an indoor walkway through the Galleria. The Avalon Theatre has 1,559 seats and sits inside the Galleria, across from Ponte Vecchio.
Between the two halls, the resort hosts over 320 shows a year. This guide does not list them. Names, dates and showtimes are on the events calendar at fallsviewcasinoresort.com, which is the place to check before buying a ticket.
Tickets and doors
Show tickets are sold through Ticketmaster only. They are mobile tickets, held in the Ticketmaster app, and screenshots are not accepted at the door. Each customer can buy up to 6 tickets for an Avalon Theatre show and up to 8 for OLG Stage.
On show days the box office opens at 12 noon. Doors open 1 hour before showtime. An OLG Stage or Avalon Theatre ticket also covers the shuttle between the two casinos at no cost. It runs Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and OLG Stage show days, from 4 pm to 12:45 am. No trips run between 8 pm and 8:30 pm.
House rules in the halls
Both show halls are all-ages, but everyone needs a ticket, whatever their age. Children 12 and under must come with an adult. The casino floor is different: guests must be 19 or older to enter it. Babies in arms and strollers are not allowed there.
Only small purses are allowed inside the halls. Backpacks and large bags are refused, and so are professional cameras with removable lenses. Concessions take Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Debit, with no cash. Outside food and drink cannot be brought in. A guest who leaves a show to smoke cannot come back in.
Accessible seats and the wait list
Accessible seats at the Avalon Theatre are on the Mezzanine, in sections MR4, ML4, MR5 and ML5. They cannot be booked on Ticketmaster. Guests book them through the box office or by calling 1 (888) 325-5788. The box office also lends battery-operated hearing aids at no charge, first come first served, against a driver's licence. Wheelchairs are lent first come, first served at the Group Operations Desk, against photo ID.
When an Avalon show sells out, a wait list opens in person at noon on the day. Those on the list return 45 minutes before showtime. Only service animals are allowed on the property, not pets.
